POV: you’ve officially booked your getaway at Bode Nashville and you’re confused about how this “no front desk” hotel concept works. We know, we get it. When we created the Bode brand our goal was to create a home away from home experience for our visitors which means comfy, inviting interiors and minimal staff interruptions. 

So. What does that mean for you and your stay? 

After you book your room you’ll receive an email confirmation (standard procedure) and if you’re U.S. based you’ll also get a text from our digital concierge, Eve, confirming your stay. We’ll tell you more about Eve and how she can help you during your stay in a bit. 

Two days before check-in you’ll receive an email with your pre-check in form that must be completed before arriving on site. We recommend filling it out ASAP (it doesn’t take long, promise) to expedite check in and minimize stress levels. Eve will send the same form via text if you have a U.S. cell phone number too.


The day you arrive is the day you get to experience what sets Bode apart from a basic hotel. We wanted to create a property where you truly feel like you’re at home so we got rid of the front desk and traditional check in process. Most places make you wait until the standard 4PM check in time but at Bode you’ll receive your room number and access code for your room via text and email the second your room is ready - once you get that info you can go straight to your room and get settled. Our rooms are stocked with everything you need for your stay - hairdryers, clothing steamers, custom toiletries, and more. It really is your home away from home.

Where Do I Park?

Parking is available on property and at 401 PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN WAY, NASHVILLE, TN 37201. Just scan the QR code at the parking lot and register your vehicle. Then to validate your parking please use the QR code found in your guest room for a discount. Payment is collected when your session has ended. You can validate for as many cars as you would like.

Who do I contact if I have any issues?

Eve is your go-to for any questions or concerns during your stay. Need more towels? Text Eve. Looking for some restaurant recs in the neighborhood? Text Eve. We also have staff on hand at Dawn Cafe, located in the courtyard, daily from 7am - 5pm.

Is there a room service?

While we don’t have room service, per say, you can always visit our on site restaurants - Dawn and Sidebar - day or night.

Can I get my room cleaned?

Housekeeping is available by request for an additional cleaning fee. Just text Eve and she’ll get you set up.
