Important information to know before your Bode Nashville stay.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICIES

Check-in: 4:00pm

Check-out: 11:00am


Early check in is not guaranteed. If you arrive prior to check in time you are welcome to leave your luggage with us, just ask a team member on property. Late check out is based on availability and costs an additional fee. Guests will be charged for an additional night’s stay if they fail to check out before 6:00pm.

Parking

Self parking is available across the street at Citi Park Garage. Overnight parking is $12 per night, per vehicle. Hourly rates are subject to in and out charges based on time spent in the lot. The address to navigate straight to the garage is 807 Chestnut St, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

Deposits and Final Payments

Standard Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is due upfront to hold your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged on the 7th day before check-in. Should we try to collect your deposit, and we cannot reach you to pay, your reservation will be cancelled. Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


Advanced Purchase/ Non-refundable Rate Payment Policy

100% is due at the time of booking. Should we try to collect your balance, and we cannot reach you to pay, your reservation will be cancelled. Accepted forms of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


Third Party Bookings

Online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc. each have their own payment policies. Please read the policies located on our page within their site to see how you will be charged.

Promotional offers

Promotional offers cannot be combined with each other, or with other discounted rates. Each reservation only qualifies for one discount at a time. Promo codes can only be used with Best Available Rate pricing.

Cancellation

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested seven days prior to check-in are fully refundable. Requests after seven days will not be fulfilled. Refunds requested after a guest has checked in will be denied. Removing days from a stay outside our cancellation window, or while already in house, will not be refunded.


Advanced Purchase/ Non-refundable Rate Cancellation Policy

All reservations booked as advanced purchase, or non-refundable, are non-refundable immediately after booking. There will be no exceptions.

ADA Compliance

If you are in need of a roll-in shower, wheelchair accessible doorways, or hearing impaired accommodations, please request an ADA-complaint room.

To collect your items upon arrival, please present your ID to a team member on property.

Special Requests

The best way to request items to your room is to send us a text or give us a call at 844-431-2633. Requests are delivered until 8pm.

Quiet Hours

Out of respect for every guest and to be compliant with Nashville’s short-term rental ordinance, our quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

Smoking

Our property has non-smoking rooms only. If smoking is suspected in your unit you will be charged an incidentals fee of up to $500, depending on the unit size. Ask a team member for areas where smoking is allowed.

Pets

We are a pet-free location. Only certified service animals are welcome, just please let us know you will bring them beforehand. We will charge you a pet incidentals fee if you are suspected in bringing a non-certified service animal on property.

Damages/Theft

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment will be charged up to 150% of the full replacement value. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs.


You are also liable for any theft caused (whether by deliberant, negligent, or reckless act to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you, or any person in your party) whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Without limitation for all missing items (including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, linens, art work, toiletries, etc.), smoking fee, cleaning fee, and pet violations. Please report damaged or missing items found upon arrival to avoid these charges.
